As a Justice of the Peace, I have not yet had a couple, license in hand, ring my bell at midnight wanting to be married. Were that to happen, however, I would enthusiastically solemnize their marriage. I find it a privilege to be asked to be part of the love and excitement you will feel on your wedding day. In fact, the majority of the weddings I’ve solemnized have been the couple (and maybe a few guests) coming to my home (at no cost). We’ll have to decide on vows (perhaps you’ll write your own).
