As Justice of the Peace and Wedding Officiant since 2017, my goal has been to create ceremonies that couples treasure for a lifetime ~ ceremonies that feel effortless, elegant and uniquely theirs . With years of experience as an actress/cabaret singer, I have a sense of timing, presence and connection ~ all of which make a big difference when delivering your ceremony. I know how to bring words to life, ease nerves, and make sure every single moment feels natural and memorable.

I’ve lived in Ct. for 40 years and have been married to the same wonderful man for 44 years. With my experience as a wife and mother of two children and Nana to six, I think I can bring a wealth of understanding and insight into relationships and certainly your wedding day and ceremony.

Couples may prefer to get married in their backyard, private home, town hall,  front porch, park or  beach.   Some of the beach wedding locations I’ve done are Compo beach, Old Mill beach, Sherwood Island , and Burying Hill beach. Every one of them was lovely and reflected the couples personality perfectly.

The entire process starts with you reaching out via email or a phone call .  I will set up a meeting with both of you either on Zoom, another phone call or a selected location to get to know each other . I’m a total romantic and find it so interesting to hear the love backstories of where you met, what drew you to each other and what you are hoping for being married. Often, my couples decide to read their unique love backstory as part of the ceremony . It’s not mandatory but always heartfelt.

After our meeting, I will then send a contract to hold the date and require 1/2 the fee for your wedding the other half will be due the day of your wedding. Following return of the contract and fee,  I will then send sample ceremonies & readings that are civil and spiritual for you to select from.  You will then let me know which samples you like or sections of some you prefer and I’ll put it all together for your approval .
