After we talk and you share your story, I’ll write personalized, custom vows for you. You’ll then be able to edit them however you like. I’m there to cater to you, to make the ceremony what you want it to be.
I love weddings, whether small or big. I love to see how loving couples look into each other’s eyes when they are exchanging their vows. The love between them is visible. There is nothing like being a part of that!
I began doing weddings in 2010 when I became an assistant town clerk. At first, they were all in the office. But it all came together for me when I did my first Portuguese wedding. I saw the joy when I was able to give families a meaningful ceremony in their own language. And I haven’t looked back.
Because I know both sides, the town hall and the ceremony side, couples feel like they can relax once I get involved. They are in good hands.
I have completed the COVID training certification for marriage officiants, and am prepared to support you during the pandemic, following social distancing guidelines to keep everyone safe.

My husband and I knew we wanted a bilingual ceremony, Portuguese and English, so all our guests felt welcome! From the moment I talked with Rose on the phone I knew I wanted her to marry us! She has such a warm and welcoming personality! She makes each ceremony special and about the couple! We can’t thank you enough Rose! You have become very important to us!
Rose did an amazing job at our service. That fact that she did our service in Portugeuese and English meant the world to us. I know my Avo loved that fact that she got to see her oldest granddaughter get married but to actually have it translated in Portuguese was memorable. Thank you Rose for your service. Rose officiated my wedding and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is so lovely and soothing. She responded to our questions and thoughts and checked in with us throughout the months prior to our wedding, and when we had to reschedule due to the pandemic she was so helpful and kind! We wanted a bilingual officiant for our mixed family and not only did she help us create a bilingual ceremony, she even translated our vows for us without being asked! Our ceremony was perfect and exactly what we wanted and I recommend Rose to anyone!
