My style as an officiant is one of making you feel relaxed. I meet with both of you right before the ceremony to go over any questions you may have. I only see the three of us during the ceremony, and that bond between us is key to your enjoyment of the ceremony.
Being a Justice of the Peace has brought me great joy. Over the years, many of my couples have become good friends. I enjoy constructing a ceremony that is personal and meaningful. I want my couples to enjoy their ceremony and I am able to do just that.

Ceremonies are performed throughout the Commonwealth. Enjoy the unusual, eg. skydiving, water ceremonies, etc. Over 24 years as a Justice of the Peace. Will accommodate last-minute ceremonies if the schedule permits. Active military discount.

I am Richard (Dick) Bogartz, retired Professor Emeritus of Psychology at UMass Amherst, in my late 80s, eager to share pearls of wisdom gathered over a lifetime. All possible couples are welcome.
