Privacy Policy
Privacy
This Privacy Policy applies to both the desktop and mobile versions of findaJP.com and JPus.org. It applies to all users of these sites, whether registered or unregistered, Justices of the Peace or notaries or visitors. Information that visitors to findaJP share with individual Justices of the Peace (JPs) via a form on findaJP about the wedding or event they are planning (possibly including names, email addresses, phone numbers, date, time and location of the event) will be shared only with that JP. It will also be stored on a mail server for backup and historical purposes. It will not be shared with others (such as Vendors who advertise their services for weddings and events on findaJP) without the user’s permission.
Testimonials to individual Justices of the Peace and Photographs of weddings or events that have already taken place may be published in the Testimonials or Photos sections of the JP’s profile on findaJP, with identifying information unless the user informs the JP in writing of his preference not to publish. Photos and testimonials may also be displayed on other pages of the website unless otherwise requested by the user.
